1-ultra Boats Has Recalled Ulb28d07j718 (hin Or Cin) Due To Electrical System And Fuel System And This Boat Recall Is Open. It Applied To 1 Boats From The 2018 ’28 Shadow Deck’ Inboard Model Boats. The Boat Recalls Applied On 1/29/2018 And Was Closed On With The Following Comment: 1there Was No Conductor Overcurrent Protection Within 72 Inches Of The Battery. (2) ‘uscg Type’ Hoses Were Not Used In The Fuel System. (3) The Engine Compartment Natural Ventilation Exhaust Opening Was Of Insufficient Size For The Compartment Net Volume. The Gasoline Engine Compartment Has A Net Compartment Volume Of Approximately 100 Cubic Feet, Which Requires A Minimum Aggregate Of 15.0 Square Inches For The Cross-sectional Area Of The Natural Supply And 15.0 Square Inches For The Cross-sectional Area Of The Natural Exhaust Ventilation. The Boat Had Adequate Natural Ventilation Supply Openings. The One 3-inch Exhaust Duct Provided For An Opening Of 7.1 Square Inches Which Was Further Reduced By A Slotted Grating To An Estimated Open Area Of 5.5 Square Inches. (4the Fuel System Had Not Been Pressure Tested. (5) There Was No Markings Or Documentation Available To Show That The Engine Electrical Components Were Ignition Protested.
